| Got back pain? I was just thinking about why you may not have taken the first step by coming in for a free evaluation. Here’s what we came up with:
1. You don’t like chiropractors. If this is true, it’s okay, we’re not offended. Most people have a totally wrong idea about
chiropractors. They don’t realize we teach and promote much more than good posture and fix backs. Our goal is to help you not only eliminate your back pain, but also to help you avoid a ton of other problems people experience, even if they do practice a healthy lifestyle.
2. You may not know what a chiropractor does. I know we promised to get your back pain eliminated quick, but how do we do this? It’s really very simple, yet complicated. Simple for you and very complicated for us.
Once we give you a series of tests to determine exactly what is causing your back pain, we then come up with a plan of action. Sometimes this requires X-rays, sometimes MRI, sometimes it requires nothing but regular adjustments, sometimes nothing at all but a few exercises you can do on your own.
We can’t promise that we’ll make a good match, but the most urgent thing for you to do is to get the answer to what is really wrong with you and what is causing the pain.
3. You may temporarily be feeling better due to pain medication or a relapse in pain. This would be great news if you had determined exactly what is causing the sporadic problems. Otherwise, you’re just masking the problem and could be setting yourself up for disaster.
If any of these reasons ring true, we hope you can at least come give it a try. Let us give you a free evaluation and at least have you walk away with the knowledge of what’s causing the pain. Don’t put this off! Simply call the number at the top of the screen and we’ll get schedule you for a no obligation free consultation!

| People choose not to see a Chiropractor for several reasons. One could be that their pain has went away and they feel that they don’t need treatment any longer. Second, it could be because they’ve decided to go the medicine route. Third, and most common, is that people generally procrastinate.
I don’t necessarily agree with the first or second reason, but I do want to say if number 3 applies to you, I understand. However, I am not going to let you off that easy.
Procrastination is not only a major reason people live with pain, it’s also the cause of many other failures in life. Don’t be like the the person in the picture above: sitting, waiting and wondering, instead of taking action.
Patience in choosing a Chiropractor is good. But by waiting too long, you reinforce stagnancy. All the while, the pain get’s worse! If you’ve not yet come into our office for an evaluation, call the number at the top of the screen and don’t put it off any longer. If you’ve been intending to come in but you’ve been caught up in the "I’ll get there tomorrow" mode, my hope is that this little note can push you off the road of procrastination and into the office. All the lights will never be on green.
There’s never going to be the perfect time to get started. Make the commitment to Chiropractic and begin feeling better and gaining a better quality of life today. |

Hi All…
Dr. Booth here…over the years I’ve seen some grave mistakes that people make when considering a Chiropractor. I’ve list the 5 biggest in this report. Even if you don’t live in State, California or maybe you’re not looking for a Chiropractor right now, check this out and keep them in the back of your mind. I’m curious to know how long it took you to find the right Chiropractor and what you did before you finally made the decision? Would love to hear from you.
You can find the report here.

Hello State residents and beyond! Here’s some trivia for you…Did you know you have more than 200 bones in your body? Did you know that whenever two bones meet together at a joint so there can be movement? Without joints you’d be in big trouble. What’s this have to do with Chiropractic?
Well, since joints in your spine are so close to your spinal cord and nerve roots, too much or too little joint motion can have serious effects. If the spinal bones get stuck and don’t move right, they can cut into delicate nerves.
If the joint moves too much, it can press against nearby nerve tissue. This can interfere with the vital life force transmitted over your nervous system that helps keep your brain in touch with your body. The result is called a subluxation.

This involves crooked bones interfering with nerves. It also involves muscles becoming too tight or weak (or discs, ligaments, or other connective tissue) which can become inflamed. Bone spurs, and arthritic degeneration can set in. Are you in pain? Let me know what you’re experiencing, I’d love to give you some more input. Dr. Booth, State Chiropractor.
